(Last UPDATED 5/25/21) 2018 marks the 13th year of Sacramento Dine Downtown Week – January 12 through 21. The ten-day event features 30 Sacramento restaurants located in Downtown, Midtown and Old Sacramento!
I always look forward to Sacramento Dine Downtown Week as it is an opportunity to enjoy some of the best restaurants Sacramento has to offer – whether you decide to try someplace new or visit an old favorite.
Local chefs create a special fixed price ($35) three-course meal, and $1 from every meal benefits local social services and food literacy programs. It’s a win-win-win – you enjoy a great meal, the participating restaurants fill seats during the after holiday lull, and important local community programs are being funded – all at the same time.

The line-up of participating restaurants is impressive – and I have to say that is was not easy deciding on one restaurant to patronize this year. In fact, I could easily be convinced to dine out a second time – there are so many great choices!
2018 Participating Sacramento Restaurants:
Bennigan’s
Biba Restaurant
Downtown & Vine
Esquire Grill
Hook & Ladder Manufacturing Company
Skool Japanese Gastropub
Ten22
The Red Rabbit Kitchen & Bar
This year friends and I are going to celebrate at Biba’s! Check out what’s on the menu – and make your reservation sooner than later.

Sean and I went to Blue Print for my birthday dinner on Friday night. I had been there before for dine week with my brother years ago. Both times….. excellent. Sean had the steamed clams and I had the flat bread, both were very good. In fact, the best clams I have ever had. He had the rib eye steak and I had the pork chop, both excellent. I had the brownie with ice cream and he had the peach cobbler. The cobbler was way better than the brownie. Going to ten22 tonight with a friend. Looking forward to their menu.
Good to know – thanks!
